Rights must be protected, not just promised. Many PwDs face discrimination, exploitation, and denial of basic rights. Prayaas ensures they have access to justice through legal support and advocacy.

What we do:

• Legal assistance: Connect PwDs with expert legal practitioners for advice, representation, and rights protection.
• Awareness on legal rights: Workshops and resources explaining laws such as the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
• Advocacy for policy change: Engaging with authorities to promote better accessibility, anti-discrimination measures, and equal opportunities.
• Crisis intervention: Immediate support in cases of exploitation, workplace discrimination, or denial of services.
